Roof Sheeting:
Product: Colorplus Sea Spray SAFLOK 700
Measurement: 28,700m²
Key Features: The vast expanse of the roof was covered using Colorplus Sea Spray SAFLOK 700 roof sheeting. The choice of this material not only adds aesthetic value but also ensures durability and longevity.
Installation: Each SAFLOK 700 clip was meticulously secured using our TAPPERMAN Class 3, 1000-hour salt spray tested 10 -24 x 22mm Square Drive Wafer screws. Each sheet was then meticulously secured to ensure seamless integration to the roof structure.
Side Cladding:
Products: Colorplus Sea Spray and Colorbond Cape Charcoal TUFDEK IBR 686
Measurement: 11,200m²
Key Features: The dual colour palette of Colorplus Sea Spray and Colorbond Cape Charcoal brings in a rich contrast, enhancing the overall visual appeal of the structure.
Installation: The side cladding was firmly anchored using our TAPPERMAN Class 3, 1000-hour salt spray and 15 cycle sulphur dioxide tested 12-14 x 25mm Hex Washer Flanged self-drilling screws.
To ensure weather-tightness, longevity, Integrity and to promote a clean finish, flashings were installed and secured our TAPPERMAN Class 3, 1000-hour salt spray and 15 cycle sulphur dioxide tested 14-20 x 22mm Hex Washer Flanged fine thread stitching screws.
Fasteners Used for this project:
- 138 000 x TAPPERMAN Class 3, 1000-hour salt spray tested 10 – 24 x 22mm Square Drive Wafer screws on the roof
- 51 000 x TAPPERMAN Class 3, 1000-hour salt spray and 15 cycle sulphur dioxide tested 12-14 x 25mm Hex Washer Flanged self-drilling screws.
- 30 000 x TAPPERMAN Class 3, 1000-hour salt spray and 15 cycle sulphur dioxide tested 14-20 x 22mm Hex Washer Flanged fine thread stitching screws on the flashings
