Material Used: Seaspray and Raincloud Colourplus AZ150
The roofing material used for Warehouse 156 comprises Seaspray and Raincloud Colourplus AZ150. These high-quality materials are renowned for their durability, strength, and aesthetic appeal. With their exceptional resistance to corrosion, they provide long-lasting protection against the elements, making them an ideal choice for industrial buildings.
Rollformed Product: Saflok 700 0.55mm and IBR Cladding
The rollformed product used for the roofing system of Warehouse 156 includes Saflok 700 0.55mm and IBR Cladding. Saflok 700, known for its robustness and weather resistance, ensures a secure and watertight roofing solution. The IBR Cladding adds an elegant touch to the overall design, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the warehouse.
Fastener Type: AS3566 Class 3
Warehouse 156 incorporated AS3566 Class 3 roofing fasteners for its roofing installation. These fasteners, known for their exceptional strength and reliability, guarantee a secure and long-lasting connection between the roofing materials and the supporting structure. By utilizing Class 3 fasteners, the project ensures maximum structural integrity and resilience.
Flashing Material: Seaspray and Raincloud Colourplus
To complement the roofing system, Seaspray and Raincloud Colourplus were employed as flashing materials for Warehouse 156. Class 3 Fasteners were used were as follows:
- SAFLOCK Concealed Fix: 10-24 x 22mm SQD WFR
- Flashings: 14-20 x 22mm HWF Stitching Screws
- Cladding: 12-14 x 25mm HWF
In an intriguing twist, the fasteners used in the side cladding application were locally color-coated to match the heads to the sheet. This attention to detail not only ensures a seamless visual presentation but also reinforces the commitment to excellence exhibited throughout the project.
